Control of personal data
According to Section 20 Subsection 1 of the Act No. CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (Infotv.), the followings shall be determined regarding the data management of the sending of the newsletters:
a) an indication of the fact of the data management,
b) the targeted data subjects,
c) the purpose of data collection,
d) the duration of the data management,
e) the potential data controllers with right of access,
f) the right of the data subjects relating to data processing.
Fact of the data management, managed data: name, E-Mail address, date and time.
Targeted data subject: all persons subscribing to the newsletter.
The purpose of data collection: sending of electronic messages including advertisements to the respective persons, notification about current information, products, sales, new functions etc..
The duration of the data management, deadline of the deletion of the data: the data management lasts until the revocation of the statement of consent, i.e. until the unsubcription.
Person of the potential data controllers with right of access to the data: the personal data may be managed by the colleagues of the controllers in compliance with the above mentioned principles.
Right of the data subjects relating to data processing: the data subject is entitled to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Legal basis of the data management: voluntary consent of the data subject Section 5 Subsection 1 Infotv. and Section 6 Subsection 5 of the Act No. XLVIII of 2008 on the basic requirements and certain restrictions on commercial advertising activities:
The advertiser, the advertising service provider and the publisher of the advertisement shall keep records of the personal data of the persons providing statement of consent at them – to the extent determined in the statement of consent. The data registered in this register – regarding the recipient of the advertisement – can be managed only according to the provisions set out in the statement of consent and only until its revocation and can be handed over to any third person exclusively upon the previous consent of the respective person. The service provider does not transfer the data coming into his possession regarding his advertising offers to any third persons for marketing and other purposes.

Newsletter, DM activity
The User is entitled to previously and expressly give his/her consent to the Service Provider for contacting him/her with his advertising offers and other mails at the time of the registration. The legal basis of the data used for direct marketing purposes is Section 13/A Eker. tv., Section 169 Subsection 2 of the Act No. C of 2000 on Accounting (“Sztv.”) and Sections 1 and Section 6 Subsection 5 of the Act No. XLVIII of 2008 on the basic requirements and certain restrictions on commercial advertising activities (“Advertising Act”).
Furthermore, taking into consideration the provisions of the present information, the Client is entitled to give his/her consent to the Service Provider for managing his/her personal data necessary for the sending of advertising offers.
The Service Provider does not send any unwanted advertising messages and the User is entitled to unsubscribe from the sending of offers free of charge and without any restriction and reasoning. In this case, the Service Provider deletes all of his/her personal data – necessary for the sending of advertising messages – from the register and will not contact the User regarding his advertising offers. The User may unsubscribe from the advertisements by clicking on the link in the message.
